Overview
In partnership with Director Blake Garbe, singer-songwriter Dani Kristina approached us to create a dynamic Music Video for her single Burning Parachute. Her vision for the video was to explore the theme of a cheating boyfriend, sending her into an elaborate revenge plot.
Challenges & Approach
For this shoot, we had only 1 day to capture all the material we needed for the video. This combined with a script that called for a raging bonfire in the dead of Canadian Winter required multifaceted problem-solving. Working closely with Blake, and a small but mighty crew (Art Director Kendra Clark, A.C Jonathan Bragagnolo, and Locations Manager Caleb Garbe), we had everything we needed to execute this vision.
The result
The final result was a lively Music Video with scenes of stark contrast, high energy, and a fully realized story. The positive reception of this video lead to the creation of our sophomore project Drift Away.
